Anyone eat/drink these? Supposedly its the new superfood. I'm interested to see if they form the gelatinous outer coating when soaked in a drink like basil seeds do. If so I'm going to pick some up to make a drink with to gross out my coworkers.

I bought some recently. They really do gel in water and the inner part is crunchy. I tried them once so far and am undecided about them.

I have been consuming them for over 3 years. I used to have them in my water bottle with fresh lime juice. They would look like floating snots. There is little to no taste with them. I notice a difference when I consume them. I now put them in my cereal. I will continue to consume them until I can longer buy them or until death.

Thanks, but that kind of shit just rolls right off.

The difference is being able to run longer without needing to consume much water, and differences in how much food I want to consume. This helps in the regulation of weight. I also have noticed it does wonders for my cholesterol levels, for the past 2 years my HDL has been 80 and my LDL 69.
