Why would options being available hurt the sales? You don't need to check the box for the options if you don't want them.

It's the way they are offered, usually it's in "packages", base, LS, LT, LTZ, ect. I f they offered them ala-cart that would be awesome as then you could order the drive train you want without paying for power everything, heated seats ect. I might be wrong on this model though, I haven't checked into it, it would be cool to bay for a base model and say $500-800 more for the 1.4 turbo and the 6 speed tranny..
