Hollywood blockbuster movies are often filled with car chases and crashes but yet another unscripted accident happened on the set of Transformers 3 Monday.

A police car unaware of filming raced through a Washington D.C. street and collided with a stunt car who was in the middle of a scene.

The large police SUV was en route to a call and had its sirens blazing when it was hit by a yellow Chevy Camaro known as Bumblebee in the hit films.

You would thing that if they were filming a scene with vehicles for a movie that they would have the streets a little more blocked off so people cannot just drive into the sets. I wonder if the cop driving code had gone around a baracade or something blocking off the street? Hopefully nobody was hurt.

Police SUV: no buffing required, just a quick dust to clean the bee parts off
