I own a 2000 2Door blazer and love it. My parents liked it enough, that they bought one last weekend, a 4 door though.

Is it yours, or you thinking about buying it?

I don't really care for the look of the extreme... sits to low to the ground.

If you're not looking for speed, those things are pretty good. However, the one thing that I never liked about my co-workers Blazer was the interior fit and finish. It squeaked and rattled like nothing else.

well I'll agree that they rattle like nothin else, but thats what a stereo is for

as far as "speed", mine is pretty good acceleration for a vehicle its size.

i like the extra bit of room it gives me and this thing can't go offroading anywho it's too low i love the looks..i live in a big city and just want something stylish plus it's not that bad on insurance

HTF can finish have anything to do with squeaks and rattles? It doesn't. As for fit, it has actually has little to do with rattles either. The #1 reason for interior rattles is due to the cantilever nature of dash designs and the support system for them. Complexity (ie. #of parts) is a another high contributor to rattles. Thus, we see more modularized designs with fewer parts. Door latching/locking connector rods (inside the doors), various mtg. clips, window regulators, G/R channels, etc., these are some of the top remaining "offenders" when it comes to squeaks and rattles.
