Fucking lawyers. If it is on tape, analyze tape, fucking guilty. Save the courts some time, money, and just throw his ass in jail. Give him three opportunities at appeal on his own dime, throw him in a bonfire.

The man who turned the tape over, 27-year-old Darrin Tuck, remained jailed Wednesday in Pahrump on a probation violation. Tuck said he found the tape in the desert, and his lawyer has said Tuck had no involvement with Stiles.

Tuck has pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of possession of child pornography, which carries a possible penalty of one to six years in state prison. No trial date has been set.

Pretty sad that the man who turned the tape into authorities is being charged with possession of child pornography. The POS that committed this crime would have gotten away clean without that tape. I hope he enjoys his time in prison, I hear his type always get the "best" treatment, deservedly so IMO. In a perfect world he would be abused daily in prison for 40+ years, then have his cell set on fire while he is locked in tightly.

so because he turned in the tape that is bringing chester to justice for his crimes, he is going to jail. brilliant.

Even if they do let him go. His reputation is permanently ruined being smeared as a avid child pr0n fanatic. Not to mention he probably lost his job since he is locked up in jail and cannot goto work.

Great fucking system.

yeap. if i ever find something like that i will just leave it there. wonder how many people won't turn stuff in because they fear going to jail?

really a dumb fucking move by the proscuters. wonder why they are doing it? maybe there is more to it then they are saying.

i really can't see why they would arrest him for having child porn for turning it in. really its amazing.

There's gotta be something more to it than that. If the guy found the tape and turned it in like a good samaritan, there's no way they'd ever prosecute him. Not only would it be horribly unfair, but it would prevent a single person from ever turning in a piece of incriminating evidence they've found.

It's always heartening to hear the typical ATOT response to punishing a rapist. "Rape him 40 times as much! Prison rape is an awesome punishment for raping someone! That'll teach him that raping isn't acceptable at any time ever!!"

Rape is bad, period. It's neither an acceptable activity, nor a punishment for that activity. I hope someone rapes you for your stupid comment.

I seem to be missing the sarcasm here. You don't think a child rapist should get raped by Bubba in jail, but you think someone on the internet saying a rapist deserves what he gets should be raped.

You seem to have caught the sarcasm just fine, Professor.
