What chemicals are used in the Cuisinart GreenGourmet Ceramica pans?

It says it is a ceramic based thing that is PTFE-free and PFOA-free.

What does this mean? Healthier than teflon?

While nobody likes the idea of eating teflon, I don't thin its been shown to hurt you at all...
