Probably to let others know that he can't abide with them believing differently than him.

Chemical Ali" has been captured, Fox News has confirmed.

Ali Hassan al-Majid al-Tikriti, a first cousin of former Iraqi strongman Saddam Hussein linked to some of the most brutal episodes of the regime, is the King of Spades and No. 5 in the U.S. Army's deck of "Most Wanted" playing cards.

Ali led the 1988 campaign against rebellious Kurds in northern Iraq in which thousands died, many in chemical attacks. He has also been linked to crackdowns on Shiites in southern Iraq, and was governor of Kuwait during Iraq's seven-month occupation of the emirate in 1990-1991.

Ali is the uncle of Lt. Gen. Hussein Kamel al-Majid, Saddam's son-in-law who ran Iraq's clandestine weapons programs before defecting to Jordan in 1995 and who was lured back to Iraq and killed on his uncle's orders.

Before the 1968 revolution, Ali was a motorcycle messenger in the army. Under Saddam, he was the defense minister from 1991 to 1995.

American forces thought they had killed Ali during the first weeks of the war when they bombed his house, but it became clear within several days that he had escaped.

I can't wait to see all their time & energy expensed in capturing him, and he's got not a damn thing to say other than they destroyed the banned weapons years ago. Funny that!

As usual, commenting before you read these so-called 'sources' :) Did you even click on his link?
