Which of the following diatomic species has a bond order of 2 ?

a) O2

b) F2

c) HeH-

d) CN+ use the MO diagram for Z < 8

e) B2

f) N2-2

Which of the following diatomic species would you expect to be paramagnetic?
Anything with a bond order of zero should not exist according to MO theory.
Consider only the ones that MO theory predicts will exist.
If you are having trouble, check the bond order

a) F2+ b) N2-2

c) O2- d) B2-

e) H2 f) CN

For CN or one its ions use the MO diagram for Z < 8

It can be more than 2 answers for each of them. Thx for any help.
