Ok I'm in a rent house and there is an electric stove. When I try to cook the eyes the pan rests on tilt, it is extremely annoying. All of the liquids pool on one end of the pan. Is there any kind of pan stand to use to hold it level while cooking?

Try taking the elements out of their sockets and reinserting them. Sometimes this helps.

Edit: Turn off and let the stove cool first!

Try tinlting the entire range. Usually they have "screw" legs that allow you to adjust the level of the stove.

yeah, you need to fix the stove

the elements need to be level and the whole stove itself needs to be level

get new elements if you need to

Yeah - Fix the stove, otherwise your pan won't be sitting properly on the burner and will not distribute the heat quite as evenly.
