Ahhh, I was looking at your right hand, and your fingers are kind of glistening, as if with saliva. My first thought was that you were eating cheesecake with your fingers.

I mean, that works for some foods, but cheesecake... Never. 😛

I've actually never had a cheesecake made with ricotta. Got a recipe link? The cake in the picture is more of a French cheesecake, made with cream cheese and whipped for fluffiness
 
I came into this thread thinking that if you destroyed that cheesecake in any way other then eating it, I would hunt you down and kill you. Luckily, you are still on my good side.
 
dude that is so nasty looking. i would have bought 2 of those cakes...one to sh!t on and the other to cover it up...

My cholesterol is a bit on the high side, so I can't indulge too frequently. The cake was for a friend, I had no more than one slice. I know he's enjoying it. 😉
