Cheep but good mod upgrades

I have an old value case from a few years back, has these cool glow lights on the front(which im trying to figure out) and it has a window, and i have a dual kit cold cathode lights(blue) and a OCZ Modstream 120mm(blue) i was thinking to add some purple in the fans, or red but i am low on cash currently, i am also looking at getting a good heatsink for my CPU(amd opty 148) and Video card(c3d x800gto) hit me up with some ideas.

EBAY, here's some red LEDs, http://cgi.ebay.com/10-RED-5000mcd-5mm-...76QQcategoryZ26207QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem, cpu cooler would be a xp-90 with a 120mm fan, vid card cooler would be a Zalman VF700-Cu. Both are under $30 each and are as fgood as it gets.
