Checklist for selling jailbroken iPhone?

So I'm selling my jailbroke iPhone 4 (Verizon) and I was wondering if there's anything in particular I should know to have setup/ready/cleared for the buyer. If I do a phone reset, will it keep the jailbreak? Have only sold Android phones of late, so just making sure I have it right.

anytime i sell a JB phone i restore it to factory settings using itunes and latest untethered (unlockable if applicable) firmware. then i go ahead and JB it. That's it. Now I have a 'fresh' phone .. don't have to worry about any data being on there etc.

Okay that's what I thought. Reset then re-jailbreak. Hmm, anyone know if the latest Verizon iPhone firmware is jailbreakable? I've been running with what I believe is the original version (4.2.6), always declining carrier settings updates.
