Checking temps

Whenever I check my system temps in MBM, all the temps are way too high (i.e. 200C) because it's old and doesn't support my board. I try Hardware Monitor, but it'll start out showing my CPU as 41 and then jump to 71. My BIOS shows the temps and being reasonable (I think it's actually 41C). What do you guys use for temp monitoring?

I even downloaded Nvidia nTune and it says I'm at 72C, but my BIOS says 35-40 and the HSF is cool to the touch. But Speedfan works, thanks a lot man.
