We have a process on windows2003. We will call it foofoo.exe
This is not a service unfortunately
We cannot install anything more than possibly perl on these systems
This Process has to have some I/O activity
In the event that the I/O stop or crawls how would suggest we watch it.
We can install some stand-alone tools such as Pstat.exe
When this process fails a file must be created and ftp'd to another server that waits for anyfile to show up.
