Checking on a company's ratings?

I want to see if a company has good records/ratings. I'm interested in this loan company http://www.uheaa.org/ but I don't know much about them. I just want to make sure they're a good/valid company before I committ to them for the next 25 years. I tried better business bureau but I wasn't able to find anything on them. Any other advice?
