Checking AGP/PCI bus speeds on i845E in Windows?

I have an Asus P4B533-E and it has options to change the AGP/PCI bus speeds independantly from the FSB. I can change it in the BIOS, but cannot confirm it within Windows. Sisoft SANDRA doesn't show anything. Know of a utility that can?
