Checked my spam folder today

Holy crap! Between my used email account and my order stuff spam email account I get from 32-38 emails per day. Anything from meet Russian and/or Asian women to car insurance to dish to various investment schemes to I’ve won $41,938 in some kind of settlement.

I got 1 spam this month out of five accounts I regularly use.

Will have to go over them at some point. I hope I didn't miss any super offers from Russian single moms.

I have about 19,000 spam emails in my spam folder right now. Guess it's due for a cleanup.

I skim through it real quick as sometimes in case there's a false positive. I generally don't get much email now days though.

It would be interesting to create an email addy and put it out there in the wild and see just how big the Spam folder can get in one year. Challenge?

I have my old Hotmail forwarded to my Gmail. And I think 90% of my spam comes from that. At least it's sorted correctly.
