<< Delta38 or Black label Delta is regarded as the 'BEST' fans for any heatsink in the industry. Just when you thought that was enough, Delta introduces another fan ... the Delta45. This time round it's even more powerful and LOUDER.

The Delta45 is slightly taller than it's younger brother measuring at 60x60x36mm. It spins at a phenomenal speed of upto 7000-7500rpm and produce air-flow upto and over 45CFM. Yes, it's loud ... 50dBa !!

It'll probably have an even higher pitched scream too, wont it? i dont mind the noise of these things as much as the tone.

I dunno what you said. Maybe instead of talking, you could try writing it on a dry erase board!

Thats an unfair comparision. 60mm to 80mm. its like comparing 92mm to 120mm... of course the bigger ones push more air with less noise

fkloster,

You ain't seen nothin' yet!!

80.16CFM at 52.5dB I say....

What would that be?

Another Delta. This time, their 80mm screamer. I have the 68CFM model from the same family on my MC462, and that is already loud enough... at 48.5dB :)

At what point will people stop buying loud fans? 55dBa? 60? I mean, you almost have to get a huge ass speaker system to drown out the noise.

Yeah baby!! That's what I'm talking about. It's all about the power and noise for me. I'll be getting one whenever I purchase my next processor.
