Check this out... 128MB GC for 90 bucks!

Hey all,

I just saw this on pricewatch - there's a SiS315-powered GC called the "Apollo", and it's got 128MB SGRAM and a 375MHz RAMDAC. Has anyone seen such a card before, because both those figures, especially the RAMDAC, sound pretty decent.

sis315? isnt that a motherboard? why is it on a video card?

its like a geforce 2 mx 200 class card, unfortunately even with 32mb of ram its the same performance. 128mb is a marketing thing, just as a 64mb mx200 or even a 64mb mx 400 are just marketing hype.


sis' graphics card are all in the 300 series

i see... its like the rage fury maxx.... 64 megs, but only 32 could be used at once
