First off this build is for gaming web surfing (which isn't a concern.) I will not be doing any overclocking right off the bat, however I might look into that later, but it really isn't a big concern with this system at all.

Motherboard and CPU:
MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum and San Deigo 3700+ combo from Monarch.

RAM:
(2x) CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) System Memory - Retail

Video Card:
ATI (Connect3D) Radeon X800 XL 256MB DDR/PCI-E/TV-Out/VGA/DVI (OEM)

Hard-Drive:
Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 ST3250823AS 250GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache Serial ATA150 Hard Drive - OEM

Optical/Floppy Drives:
NEC Black 16X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 4X DVD+R DL 16X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 24X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2M Cache IDE DVD Burner - OEM

SAMSUNG Black 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM IDE CD-ROM Drive Model TS-H352A/BEBP - OEM

MITSUMI Black USB2.0 & FDD Digital Card Reader/Writer W/FD (Black)INTERNAL Model FA404A/404M BLK - OEM

Case:
COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 CAC-T05-UW Black Aluminum/Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Retail

Power-Supply:
OCZ ModStream OCZ52012U ATX 520W Power Supply 95~132Vac / 190~264Vac TUV, UL, CSA, CE, CB, FCC - Retail

Display:
Deciding between L90D+, VP191B, 2001FP, and 2005FP. Leaning towards the L90D+ or the 2001FP. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Speakers:
Logitech X-530 70 Watts 5.1 Speaker - Retail

OS:
Microsoft Windows XP HOME Edition With Service Pack 2 - OEM

For clarification, I want to stick with 2GB's of RAM as it is very cheap now and MMORPGS and games such as BF2 will use more than one gig. I want the San Deigo for the 1MB cache (Not too useful right now, but in the future perhaps, and for the possible OCing options in the future.) I will upgrade the X800XL when a next gen 32 pipe card comes out.

looks great! you could save some money on the second optical by turning it into just a cd-rom. As for the display i would wait for a great deal on the dell's.

Wow, i can't believe that RAM is up to $88.88 shipped. I just ordered the exact same thing 3 days ago for $75 shipped

Edit: Chiefvalue (which IS newegg) has it for $82.15, which is up $3 from earlier today. The price on this is steadily rising, i don't know if i should tell you to get the chiefvalue price right now, or wait until prices come back to less than $80.

Edit 2: I know that the newegg site used to say CAS 2.5, not 3. Chiefvaule still says 2.5.

looks really good. you will want to pick up a floppy drive, they come in handy some times, unless you already have one. also, if you are going to overclock, get an xp-90 from thermalright. since you are going to upgrade to a next gen card, i would get a more inexpensive card now, such as a 6600gt. you will be able to play any current game, on high settings with it.

Yeah I am waiting on a deal from Dell for the monitor, and as for the videocard, I may do that, and I am also considering downgrading to a 6600GT, but I may be stuck with this card for a while with the high prices at launch of the next gen cards, plus I will be able to sell it. Still considering the 6600GT though, but if I go for the Dell I doubt that it will be able to run things like BF2 at high on 1600x1200. Then again the X800XL might not even be able to with the crazy specs that EA is talking about.
