Well funds are tight this month, and I simultaneously need a new computer. I was looking at a NeoHE 550w PSU that was on sale for around $70-80 at newegg.

I missed that deal, so now I'm looking for some other deals. Here is the PSU I'm looking at.

The other hardware will be:

Core2Duo E7200
2x 2Gb G.Skill DDR2 800
1x ATI HD 4850
P43 Mainboard
1x SATA HDD
1x DVD-RW
Max Case fans, probably no more than 4-5

Although it only has two 12v rails, they all really just come from the same rail. It has two 22A 12v rails, looks good to me. But you guys here at ATGH tend to know more about who manufactures a quality PSU or not.

Thanks guys. Phew that was a close one, almost strayed from antec and walked into a trap. :)

I kid, that OCZ unit looks nice too, if my case is a black one, I'm going with the OCZ most likely.

"Looks" should be the last consideration when purchasing a power supply.

Of those mentioned, only the Corsair is 80+ certified. It's OEM by Seasonic too.

The 80+ certification is simply a marketing scheme...
Manufacturers submit their units, pass some tests, pay a fee and get the much beloved "80 plus Certification".

Well, those 80+ units I've seen tested by fairly reputable review sites like JonnyGuru, HardwareSecrets and SPCR do live up to the 80+ standard while the others might break 80% over a narrow portion of the output range. They also seem to all have active PFC and global voltage tolerance - both features that I like and which the majority of others lack.
