He is a programmer for AOL here in Northern VA (Dulles)

Just scroll down through his blog, you'll see tons of pictures.

Here's a list (with pictures) of all of the machines he owns:

He is having a game day January 21st (MLK day).

I want just to stand there while all of the games are being played. All the 8 bit sounds and furious button mashing happening at once would be some incredible nostalgia for me.

That's is so rad! I'm extremely envious of that man. I've always wanted to have my own home-built arcade. One day I hope.

The guy obviously has a ridiculous amount of money to put something like that together. It's great if you want to be taken back to the good old arcade days. It must really feel like you've taken a step back into the '80s when you walk into that room. However, for me, I'd rather just get one of these so I can play all the old classics. Much more practical.

He works for AOL - of course he does. They screw their customers for every cent possible.

I wanna see the Theater and Cabaret. :p

but yea, having that whole arcade would be awesome, especially if I was older and had kids to play some of those games with..I'd have to have Mortal Kombat 2 so my sister would play whenever she visited. :D And would have to constantly have my buddies over. Otherwise, I'd probably have a switch to the master power that supplied that area, so it wouldn't be constantly on. And I'd have to first have a home theater constructed first, so I'd have further excuse to build up the adjacent room/rooms. :D Also would require a fountain pop machine, beer tap (will probably brew my own beer and hook up my own keg-line-like system), icee machine and popcorn popper. :D

I like old arcade games, but I think I'd have to have a huge TV or a projector on the wall to play 360/PS3 games on :p

Amazing! I can only imagine what his electric bill must be with all of those machines running.

I'd like to have a classic arcade, but they're $$$ considering I could just get them all on CD or off the net and play them for free.

Those games are way out of the era he's shooting for. Have a little artistic appreciation!

Also, he's got Dragon's Lair there. That's pure win right there.

Very cool. He's got my all time favorite arcade game (Defender) there. Would have liked to see Sinistar and Robotron but I guess you can's have everything. ;)

I don't think he's worried about making any money off of it ;) It appears that money isn't one of his primary concerns anymore..
