That's a Fool's Mate. I'm calling shens as that almost never actually happens unless it was intentional. Most noobs don't even make such moves.

Undefeatable defenses don't exist, so no. A defense is black's role in an opening, usually, and there are hundreds of classified defenses.

The game you posted was pretty miserable play. Pieces were left hanging, the king was developed before most of the minor pieces, and white accomplished nothing in 20 moves.
