Wife had this forwarded to her, the author was given a portion of her (wife's) job, they spun off 3 positions from what she was doing.

Please refrain from the statement of me getting upset. I'm not getting upset with no one...Again, I was answering one of your previous email questions...and trying to explain to you how we operate as a TEAM....in reference to each situation.....Thank you for keeping me abreast of the situation. Please refrain from making the statement of me getting upset. I'm here to do my job. That's what I'm getting paid for and "PUTTING PATIENTS FIRST" taking care of each and every patient. This is a professional setting..No emotions involved which is negative. I will look into this situation immediately. You have a wonderful day.

I think it's a strong argument for including a grammar/context checker in Outlook:D I wonder what criteria she uses to determine how many periods should go between sentences? I've been begging my wife to email the person & ask if TEAM is an acronym or something no one else knows about.

Seriously though, I think the author's days are numbered, she's support staff, our hospital really hates it when support staff causes the professional staff grief like this.
