Please let us know answers for few of the questions below.

Do you he get a link light on the Router?

Do you see any visible damages to the Ports visible?

Does all the Ports are not working?

If any externally damages seen then at this point it appears

So answer their Email ...
I happen to be good at Jibberish to Jibberish translations .. so here goes

1. I he ( yes / no ) get link lights!
2. the Ports visible (do / do not ) appear visible to have visible damage visible
3. the Ports all does ( work / not work)
4. Damages Externally visible are appear link lights visible (are / are not) Ports Router

Just select whats in the parenthesis and send that in your reply. They will certainly understand it.
Also be sure to have the words Ports and Router capital.

I'd hate to see what that e-mail would have looked like before they spell checked it ... (I'm guessing they probably use some client that auto spell checks prior to sending out)

No.

I bet they use a translation program like babelfish.

Are you having trouble with the Router?

Translated to German: Werden Ihnen Mühe mit dem Fräser gehabt?

Translated from that back to english: You trouble with the drill are had?

Are you having trouble with the Router ! = You trouble with the drill are had
