Hahah... It is funny how that stuff doesn't hurt at all when you are that drunk.

wtf is the diff between dui and dwi. i know that DUI means driving under the influence and DWI means driving while intoxicated i think? Is there a diff or is like where people in chicago call it pop and people in tennesee call it soda?

Actually most people in Tennessee call it coke no matter what it is.....but in NorthEast Tennessee Pepsi has the market, so it's pepsi no matter what it is.

I personally always ordered by namebrand and KNEW what brands the place sold.

jesus how the hell could this mofo drive???

That's DWI, not DUI

diving while intoxicated versus driving under the influence... diff wording same thing

In states that have DWI/DUI categories, you are absolutely 100% incorrect.

For example, when NYS had the DWI/DUI distinctions, DWI was >=0.8. DUI was only 0.5 - 0.7.

Now, NYS has the DWI/DWAI categories, where DWAI (Driving Whil Ability Impaired) took the place of DUI.
