Check out this bit*hing system that came in.

From what I can tell,
The PSU died over a year ago and the owners took and extension cord and directly wired it onto the Mother Board. They have a conveter that is tied in somewhere I havnt found it yet. They added the trip switch to the front and a red light for somereason (They where drunk at the time)

They are wondering why it doesnt work.

The "converter" probably only does 12v. I bet it doesn't do 5v. So they probably burnt out the motherboard with a voltage overload.

Direct wired to the motherboard?

Those cables on the end of the male and female plugs look like USB/Firewire cables for the expansion port.
 
They claim it worked the 1st two or three times.

Ill get pics of the inside later today.

When it came in I had to hide in the back of the service dept and laugh my @ss off. IT was on of the funniest things ive ever seen.

They probably fried some resistors.
