I have a shuttle XPC and putting two 120GB in there is out of the question. My single 120GB has been running fine for motnhs now though.

Basically, I am looking to get a nicE 3.5'' enclosure for the second 120GB drive.

THis is what I am looking at right now, and I like what I see. I will be using FIrewire, but I like the conveience and compatibility factor of having USB 2.0 on their too.

peeze 3.5" USB 2.0/ IEEE 1394 External Hard Drive Enclosure

Basically, it doesn;t have the oxford 911 or 922 chipset's everyone goes gaga over, but the results from a reviewer impressed me:

Why i will be using firewire: :D
1394 Benchmark Sandra Sisoft:
Buffered Read : 39 MB/s
Sequential Read : 34 MB/s
Random Read : 7 MB/s
Buffered Write : 15 MB/s
Sequential Write : 27 MB/s
Random Write : 12 MB/s
Average Access Time : 8 ms (estimated)

USB 2.0 Benchmark
Buffered Read : 19 MB/s
Sequential Read : 18 MB/s
Random Read : 6 MB/s
Buffered Write : 13 MB/s
Sequential Write : 18 MB/s
Random Write : 10 MB/s
Average Access Time : 7 ms (estimated)

Basically, I am looking for confirmation that it is a good product or negative critisms if they exist.

Thanks peeps.

BTW, I will be using this to write 6Mbit/s mpeg2 on a daily basis. (my PC is a HTPC/PVR)
