j/k. ;) That "Rail Fall 1" looked like it coulda hurt though. :Q

How long you been riding?

Actually that didn't hurt AT ALL. The rail was so sweet because nothing hurt. I only went on it 5 times though. Meant to go back but enjoyed the jumps too much.

I've been riding 7 seasons but the last 3 seasons I've been up only 4 times total (including yesterday). So sad. I'm impressed I'm this good.

Care to give any tips on taking jumps and rails?

When you land do you have to land board vertically (facing downhill) or can you land horizontally also (board side to side)? I noticed you fell doing the later, which usually happens to me when I land like that (which is always since I'm too scared to go vertically since its going so fast). :p

you land horizontally on any jumps and you'll be doing face plants and arse plants :p

if you miss a landing, you'd rather miss on the tail end rather then front, or you'll be doing snowballs and yard sales :p

<--- 2nd season and working on baby ramps ;)

the only time I land horizontally is when I'm doing a 180 or 270 and I mess up. I usually don't fall though because I'm not going too fast.

Going fast and landing vertically is MUCH safer than landing horizontally

lol, you need to rename the "xxxx FS/BS 180" to "xxxx FS/BS 90". gotta get that 'full' rotation in, son.

the fs one looks like 90 but it's actually pretty close to 180, just a weird camera angle

the bs one was weird since it's on a hip but it's pretty close to 180, look again

wtf did you call me son?

nice videos that you got them compressed enough to save bandwidth... good job on that.

But, for the tricks... First year snowboarding?

Sorry to break it to you but that 180 looks more like a 90.

You have to trust me that I can do 180's, they're not very hard. But in those 2 vids:

the fs one looks like 90 but it's actually pretty close to 180, just a weird camera angle.

I went off the side of the jumps so I wasn't facing downhill when I jumped. It's easy to over rotate in those cases so I made sure I wasn't going too far.
