I don't know what you guys are smoking but that doesn't look real at all. Not saying it's bad, but doesn't look anywhere near real.
 
It is just flat tiled textures to make that building, its not that impressive. They are using cam caps instead of drawn textures for buildings, big deal.

Best senerio right there. X360 probably supports some huge textures and normal maps, so its not hard to put them both on a flat plane and give the appearances of a high quality 3D model.
 
The first shot is a direct head-on shot, not even a slight angle to be seen. That is extremely shady. The other 2 shots look like trailer pics. Honestly, I've lost the ability to believe any hype and I refuse to believe next gen will look realistic to every extent.

No one is saying this generation is going to produce photo-quality results. That's at least 3 or 4 generations off IMO.

BTW, everything's too ... shiny... a little bit of rustiness here and scratch there would be nice.
 
If that is real time rendered then I am impressed. If not then it's just another attempt by marketing to mislead the consumer.
