How do they get custom graphics in?
There are hundreds of decals in all sorts of different shapes. They can be applied in any color, size, and rotation. By adding one "on top" of another you can create designs. If I recall correctly, you can stack up to more than a hundred layers.
It's hard to explain, but here's a rudimentary example.
Color the car black, and then add a circle (filled with yellow). On top of the circle, but a triangle decal (colored black) on the right side pointed left. You now have a pac-man looking design.
Do something like that a hundred times, and voi' la! You get what we see on those pages. (Oh yeah, add in a buttload of patience, too!)
