I'm actually in harbor steps right now, but this is a building next to harbor steps. Moving there this week.

I just moved from a place with a deck and nice view of lower manhattan to a place with no view at all. You don't realize how much you miss it until you lose it. Was nothing more relaxing to me then sitting on a deck at night with a drink and my guitar.
