I don't get people that blow large quantities of money on inoperative inactive non functional non interactive trinkets and that have no utility other than to simply look at them and talk about them. This includes watches, jewelry, brand name clothes, more expensive cell phones that have no functions other phones dont have, etc. Namely any kind of fashionable or trendy item that has no mechanical advantage or use.

Watches are for keeping time. Unless you have an atomic clock, *any* mechanical time piece including a $5,000 one is an approximation no better than a $100 one. Who needs to tell time to 0.00001 seconds anyway? And gold is tacky and overused and men who wear diamonds thinking they look hard are closet fags.

Clothes are for covering your body and keeping warm. Who cares if that ugly piece of fur wrapped around a trash bag you call a jacket cost $10,000? My $200 top coat is 10x warmer (talking take it off in snow weather because you're hot kind of warm) and looks infinitely classier.

I spend money on things that I can actually use for some purpose to my enjoyment. For example, a 1080p projector will get you a much better display than any flat panel ever could, and spending $10,000 more on a car will most often get you a more powerful car, etc.

I?m the kind of person that wears $10-20 shirts I buy at Walmart that will last 5 years while I spend $10,000 on my PC, or drop yet another $5,000 into my car without thinking twice. I wouldn't spend more than $20 on a shirt if I was the richest man on the planet.

Spend it where it counts for YOU, not where you think society thinks it?s important. You can always tell people who are not successful because they try too hard to stand out by buying all the wrong things, and they wonder why they have nothing at the end of the day when they go home.

I guess you missed the posts where still no one believes your crap.

Eh, your perogative. I love how everyone immediately says SHENS and PIX, I post pics and its MORE SHENS PICS etc.

That would be prerogative, only use big words if you know how to spell.

Otherwise you're trying to show off intelligence you really don't have.

Life is just out to get you PAB.

Its a fools mate.

PAB, I suppose it's possible that every single one of your threads have been based around a real incident. However, there are reasons why everyone gangs up on you when you post them.

First, your story shifts. It's possible that it's simply the result of imperfect memory, which is all the more reason to get it clear in your head before you post it, and if you're unclear on a particular area, don't try to BS your way through it. Telling an interesting story without bending the truth takes a bit of skill, because life does not resolve itself into compact, logical, and easily understandable plotlines.

Second, the attitude you tend to espouse in your posts comes off as very immature. You come across as having an insatiable greed for attention and material goods, coupled with a persecution complex and temper tantrums.

Finally, ATOT loves bashing on people, and you keep coming back for more.
