Well, the wife and I are having a baby! She is due on September 2nd. It is a boy.

So we commissioned my friend to draw a mural on the wall of the baby's nursery. He drew it freehand then my wife and I helped paint it. He did all the outlining and touch-up.

Yea, it is different, but cool. Hope s/he doesn't get nightmares from it.

OMG, I love it. Love it, love it, love it!!!!

I did my son's room.... one wall is navy blue with silver stars and a sleeping (but smiling) full moon. The other walls are sky blue and one has a happy golden sun and clouds plus my minivan and my husband's truck on a country road driving along together (like animated ones). Then on another wall, there is a wise looking apple tree.

I loved painting his room.... it sucks knowing one day we will sell this house and someone will probably paint over my work.

Heheh.. I was trying to get the whole wall in the pic. It is actually closer to 10' x12' and it is the smallest bedroom in our house.
