With a circular saw and a drill

I couldn't find one that I like enough, so I built my own.

EDIT: Just so if you decide to build one yourself, it's quite easy. Go to Home Depot and get rounded sticks (I think they're a little over a dollar a piece) A board that you can cut to desire height of your rack, and a drill bit that's large enough so the stick would fit through the holes, some wood glue and a little imagination. If you want the "blue print" of the rack, I'll draft one up in detail and post pix here later.

You can use this for ideas.

Well, I draw a half circle using a nail and a string, then I tried to cut as close to the line as I can, then I wrap 100 grid sand paper around a piece of wood and sand away until I get the desire shape. Finished with three cans of gloss black spray paint.

You do know I live with my gf right? And I don't really mind watching Liz Hurley prancing around in red leather, a very, very tantalizing police outfit among other kinky outfits.

How stable is it? The last time I did wood working was back in middle school, but all I remember was that you needed lots of triangles to make it strong.

Actually, you don't really need all the triangles, just a very close tolerance fittings of the pieces. Look at this crude drawing that I just made, it's not to scale and it was done with paint, so if you have question, let me know.

Ahh.... I see. You placed a board flat on the back. I can see how that reinforces it. *clicks and saves for future use*

Looks good. Needs a good sanding job, another coat of lacquer, buffed, then given a coat of poly or enamel.

A few strategically placed steel brackets would also do the trick.
