Hi guys,

I'm not a super html wiz or anything, but I'm creating a web site on the basics of time travel, and I don't know which browsers it'll run on. I know it'll run on ie 5.5 or 6, but as for versions before or netscape, not a clue.

Can you guys check it out, tell me what you think of it and tell me if it works on your browser/version?

suggestions for background music is good too.

(don't rail me on the content. -->BASICS<-- of time travel...)

http://www-scf.usc.edu/~oyakawa/arlt100/

thanks guys.

Have a nice day!

np! :D

btw, nice design, I like the graphics. The only thing I didn't like was the opening of a second window when I entered the site from the index page. Did you do the graphics yourself? If so, nice job. :)

I like the look.

A couple of things:

-- as mentioned above, the muliple windows are a problem
--on your colorful page with the menu images, the white text is somewhat hard to see -- could you make it black underneath?
-- cannot see text in windw after clicking on: implications, faq, links. I see the text for a split second and then it is all black! I am using IE 5.5
--your "Works" Word docs have substantial typos, but look good otherwise :)

Overall, it is very good.

nice, is the box that only appears inside the popup window, is that a <div> box that uses java script to make it visible?

The site looks fine. It works well with Mozilla 0.9.7 Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; FreeBSD i386; en-US; rv:0.9.7) Gecko/20020414.... ;)

yeah it works for me under Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.4) Gecko/20011019 Netscape6/6.2 too. one thing that you should do though is add to the list of supported browsers (cause it does work for other browsers other than IE [not sure if displays the same though]).

I agree with the other person who said the white text is too hard to read. It's really only a problem for the topmost link, though. Could you change the color of just that text?
