Open templates/subsilver/overall_header.tpl in notepad and scroll down about 2/3's. You will see a link to phpbblogo.gif or something similar. Change the to whatever address you want to, or save your image over top of that one.

Go to http://www.phpbb.com and click on Styles, then Downloads. Download one you like and unzip it into your templates directory. Go into the control panel and click on Install in the Styles section. Choose the Style you want to install and it's done. Now you can select it from your profile, or change the default style in the General Config.

To install mods, go to phpbb.com and click Mods, then Download. Look around and then download and install them. They usually come with pretty good instructions.

Yeah, it seems to be down.. I don't know what's the problem though..
