two. I have the bigger bathroom and bathtub (since I've got a g/f) and my roommate has the easier to navigate garage space (it's a two car garage; but my side is a PITA to get in and out of)

iirc it's like 1600sq ft... really big. We have a huge living room and a HUGE kitchen. Should be $1400 a month but the apartment people gave us a deal at $1050. (I've lived in this complex before; but an apt not a townhouse)

Or maybe I'm not broke and switch through 3 different shirts throughout the week.


It's actually because of my job. I have totally different clothes for work; and my g/f does my laundry every other week.

Due to the location of the coax jack I can't put my pc anywhere else. Since my desk has to be in that corner; if I put my bed in any other location it totally blocks my a/c vent. I'd rather have heat and a/c than access to my patio. Oh yeah; I have a patio right off my bedroom.


I'm suprised noones commented on my blanket totally blocking all light through my doors going outside... During the weekend I can sleep till 3pm because it is TOTALLY dark in my room

I'm currently shopping for a 12ga shotgun actually due to recent robberies of surrounding apt complexes. I have a garage; so I make sure that I, my r/m and my g/f make sure that the garage door is shut before unlocking and getting out of their car.

Nothing has happened in my complex yet but I still worry as we live close to the front of the complex
 
Damn 1400$ per month is cheap! Awesome setup. Sigh, i pay 1600$ per month for a 2 bedroom 800 sqft basement flat in Boston, MA.

Maybe i should go to Georgia Tech for grad school...

grad school is fine; just don't go for your 1st or 2nd year. Supposedy it is insane difficult.


I thought $1050 a month was rather expensive. The apt I was in was like 1100 sq feet (2bed 2.5 bath) and was $800 a month. The extra $100 per roomie is WELL worth it for the garage
