A few weeks ago, my room was a complete MESS. Clothes lining the floor, and my dresser and bookcase were just flooded with crap. Anyway, I cleaned it all up in one day, throwing away old crap, and reorganized it. I took the bookcase from my brothers old room (he's graduating from college--doesn't need it) because it was smaller. And my mother let me have her desk that she wasn't using. Anyway, my room looked much better.

Because I'm only living here one more year (will officially be a senior in ONE WEEK 😀), I decided I'd paint my room. My mother recently took over my brothers old room and painted that a light sage green. It was nice, but I wanted ORANGE. Bright orange! So that's what I got, and today we painted it. It looks awesome! Orange is such a sweet color.

Just thought I'd share. It's awesome! It jsut brightens up my entire room. I am going to buy a nice TV for my room, and I'm getting my Powerbook soon, so this room is going to become a nice lounge for myself next year when I'm not doing homework. 🙂

Man I even work for Cingular and I dont like them that much to paint my room Cingular orange 😀 cool job! I need something in my room besides white but you know the wife... it has to stay that way.

Orange imo is too bright for a room, but that is ONLY because my friend moved in to a room where his orange was SERIOUSLY bright. But not an electric type of brightness. But a dense type of orange colour. That was too much for me imo!

But your orange isn't so strong as his. Looks alright.

If that's what you call "bright", I'd hate to see what you consider to be dark & dingy!

And you're only going to use it for another year? I hope you're the one who has to try and get it back to white before you leave. That will be a great life lesson for you!
 
whoa, that's awesome! Orange is one of my favorite colors, and that looks so much better than plain jain white. Good job! 😀
