i paid $600 for this pmp. after they opened their source code, it became like a small laptop(like OQO).

it does plays lots of divx files without conversion.
and it is possible to run linux based programs. found some game emulators.. runs great!
v43 is pretty fast. what i like about this pmp is the large touch screen.
battery life is also good. last 7hours for videos and 14 hours(after firmware upgrade) for musics.

I read a review on this a few months back, they review bashed it hardcore. I think it looks awesome though, I hope you have good luck with it.
