You've never Seen Star Wars Episode IV? I thought that was like a requirement or something.

There are some good ones there.

Obligatory :cookie:

Remove these ones:

National Treasure (Nic Cage, ugh)
Lethal Weapon (never understood the appeal)
Universal Soldier (Van Damme can be ok, see Bloodsport, but not this. Plus he spilled a drink on my girlfriend once, not cool)
Contact (Yawn)
Frequency (Yawn again)

And you're golden.

some good movies, hard to believe some of those that you havent seen.

rent "save the green planet!"
its korean, and fucked up, and hilarious
castle in the sky is another good anime, if you havent seen it (ditto for spirited away, princess mononoke)

contact is boring. the book is a decent read, but the movie sucked it. and so does national treasure and Pi

I am 28 years old, so that explains why I haven't seen movies from the 80's. Maybe I saw them when I was 4 or something.

Spirited Away is awesome. Princess Mononoke is one of my favorite movies ever.

I've seen like 10 of the movies in that list. Maybe I'll watch some videos from that list later. BTW, have you seen The Usual Suspects? I saw it last year, and it was incredible. If you haven't seen it yet, please add it to your queue.

EDIT: Yeah Gattaca was a big disappointment. BTW, the name Gattaca comes from the four DNA nucleotides (cytosine, guanine, adenine, thymine).

Add "There Will be Blood" I personally enjoyed that over no country for old men, but both are pretty good. Not sure if you've seen it or not but that'd be my suggestion. Also try the movie "Lucky Number Slevin" out if you haven't seen it, that would be better than universal soldier lol.

I'll add those later if I like the ones in the queue.
