A bat and a skull in a rose, and it's named decay!.. DO you cut yourself?

;):p

Nice, but get rid of those lil lines on the stem though so you stay consistent. :)

I'm undecided. I like how the green stem represents humanity and hope, and the red rose portion represents the evil humankind has brought upon itself, but I don't approve of the use of the beastiality imagery represented by the black background.

I discovered how powerful Illustrator was last semester when we used it for a couple months in one of my graphics classes. I'm not too great at it yet, but man, it's got so much capability and potential. Mastering vector graphics is a wholllleeee different ballgame than raster graphics :)

Try mastering vector mechanics....now THAT IS HORRIBLE!

Vectors are nowhere near as fun as a graphics tablet + Painter or something, but yeah it's powerful. I hate using it though. :p

Illustrator is one of the packages I really want to master this year. It'll be great for my 3D modeling; vector graphics on models such as robots, stock cars, etc. will be tons easier to create and modify.

Plus EPS extrusions = ++ :D

I use both. I have Painter 8 with a Wacom, which I absolutely love. Vectors can be fun but it takes a lot more work than just sitting down and sketching. I've gotten some amazing pieces from Illustrator just be screwing around with it, but you really have to know the basic toolset in order to mess around more productively :)
