A worthy effort! I'd recommend killing the red outline of the text as it makes it more illigible. I'd also suggest blurring the edges (probably about a pixel or 2) of the sign and the people to bring them back into the scene. The color of the tires that the men are holding is different from the rest of tires, I'd suggest bringing down their brightness.

The biggest problem is what parts are in focus. Look at the people, they are pretty sharp and basically in focus. Yet the tires they are next to are blurry and out of focus. That instantly makes it look like the people where added there by Photoshop. Same with the SUV. The only other main problem I see is the word "Firestone". It distinctly has one or two black pixels all around each letter. The other words like "National Forest" don't have that black boarder (and they are not quite in focus again). So it makes it look like Firestone was Photoshopped into the picture. Fix those two main problems and it would look quite realistic.
