Check fps/benchmark in game other than fraps

Is there any program to check real time fps and benchmark? I got new hardware and would like to know how my computer is performing.

I think Evga Precision and MSI Afterburner will. I know they do real time display, I think they have logging too.

I can't find one for bad company 2.

After a couple of google searches, I found this command - cg_DrawLagometer 1

If that does not work, do a search for bad company 2 net_graph

Other various commands
net_graph 3
net_graphpos 2 or 3
cl_showfps 2

But I'am not sure which one will work with bad company 2

for the battlefield series try this

hit the ` key

type in renderer.drawfps 1

for fps over 100 type in

game.lockfps 999

this should work..

just an fyi to other posters, FRAPS triggers punkbuster in BC2. you'll find yourself playing an online match when suddenly you've been kicked.

I think I've been kicked two or three times by PB in well over 30 hours of gameplay.
