Check cashing question

I had a check issued to me, but the morons spelled my last name wrong. Instead of "Kim" they spelled it "Jin." I was wondering if there is any way I can deposit this check, or do I need to get a new one issued? Thanks

You can cash it, probably with photo ID. When you endorse the back of the check, sign first with the wrong spelling, and again with the correct spelling.

Sir, can you repeat your name again? 'Cause I have no fricking idea what you just said. What? Jim? Huh? Kin? No? Jin? Jin? Ok, Jin it is. *OP gets Check* OMFG! The fvckers! I said Kim!
