Cheats for Counterstrike...is there one like this?

I was playing CS a few days ago and was accused of cheating. The admin of the server said that I had a cheat that caused me to jump really fast and to not make sounds....resulting in a ban.

I have no idea what he was talking about and have never heard of a cheat like that..the only ones I have heard of is the wall-hack and the aim-bot, but this one is new to me.

Anyone here of a cheat like this? Kinda of sux when all you think you are is just a good player and then some a-hole thinks you are a cheater because you are good...

That would be bunny hopping, but that was resolved in CS 1.3 to some extent. Some say it is still around, just not as prevalent or noticible. I guess you could call it a cheat, but it was nothing that was downloaded. Just some keystrokes.

I think that's what happens when anyone can be an admin. People jump to conclusions.

A few months ago, I was playing TFC, hunted map, as a sniper. I was off in one area of the map, and the other snipers were all gathered on top of a building. Anyway, one of the snipers claimed I shot him off the building, which was a load of crap, because I was nowhere near that area. When I told him that, he said it must have been me because he trusts the others. Buh?

So who knows why someone says some bs or whatnot. Maybe one of you lagged, and he saw something out of the ordinary. Oh, well, you must be cheating. Or maybe you just kicked his butt too many times.

Some admins don't know squat with what you can really do in CS. Jumping really fast? Cmon, everyone can jump fast! Running without making a sound? Maybe he has something wrong with his machine not hearing your footsteps (maybe the server option is off)?

There is a silent-run script, you can run all the time and not be heard.

That is the thing. My ban led up to one of the admins acussing me of cheating. First it was jumping really fast and moving around without any sound....then it turned into that I was using the wall-hack because I was facing a solid object and moving back and forth.....

Typically I would say screw it and move on but that is one of the only decent servers in Alaska....
