'cheaters.log' on my C drive. What is it?

I open it up and it says 'windows renabled' like twenty times, and is getting more 'windows renabled' messages as time goes by.
I just did a fresh install of XP a few days ago and it was on my HD before is formatted too.
Anyone else have this?

I think it has something to do with half-life and/or counter strike.

i noticed this file recently also. do you have punkbuster installed? i only noticed it after installing PB 1.3

I do have the retail CS installed. BTW, I dont cheat.

I'm pretty sure that it is to do with the Customer Strike 1.3 patch. Do a search for cheaters.log on the forums and you should be able to find more information. I know I have seen this a few times.

It has nothing to do with cheating. I have fooled around with it and I believe an entry is made every time you 'alt-tab' or use the win95 button to close the game and then open it again. IE every time you go to desktop with the game still running. I have a long log, and no I don't cheat, but I noticed it got longer every time I went to desktop to change the song that was playing.
