Cheaters in BF 2 :(

I know this isn't really 'gen hardware' but I was playing tonight and ran into this guy (bastard probably reads this forum if you're out there: go #$%*@!!! )

Anyway he could spawn at any spawn point including enemy (my team) and was always 1 shot, 1 kill... very annoying and I hope it doesn't get too bad... He admitted (proudly) that he was cheating

Is there a way to report this because BF II due to its nature really should be totally pure, cheaters really ruin it... even HL2 its not the same because the point isnt to become as immersed in a realistic war experience

If he keeps exploiting, the server admins can get his playerid and ban him permanently?
