Cheapo video card with DVI

Hey,

I am going to have my dad start looking at charts on stocks and I have set him up with two monitors I had laying around and a computer that i slapped together, but the video card that I had sitting around doesnt have DVI.

Anyone have a suggestion as to what video card would run 1600x1200 just dandy in windows and have DVI so that it will support dual monitors? I was thinking cheaper than $40.

Newegg has refurbished Radeon 9600se 128mb for $65 that i might pickup here soon. What do you guys think? It ISNT going to be used to play games at all, just a cheapo. 🙂

Definitely go for the 9600SE. The 9600?s tend to have very good display quality. Which you want for any surfing -- easier on the eyes. Anything older and lower than that 9600 may not cut it.

The 7000 can probably be had cheaper especially used and any of the ati cards with se on the end are very bare cards. The 9600se is probably about the same as a 7000.
