The answer is clear: the Salton sea. Just push aside the decaying fish. It's like an unlimited supply of water. Plus, it has the added benefit of giving you a year's dose of sodium in every sip!

Find someone with senior water rights and make them an offer. Senior water rights holders get like an Olympic-sized swimming pool's worth of water for about fiddy cent.
